Sustainability is in our DNA. From crew selection to our zero-waste policy, every choice we make considers our impact. We developed our own vegetarian kebab with 75% less CO₂ impact than a traditional chicken kebab (certified by CO₂ Logic). We also choose chicken over beef or pork to keep our ecological footprint low. Our stands are built from recycled and upcycled materials, adding warmth and charm to every setup.
These efforts earned us the Paradise City Award for “Most Sustainable Innovative Food Truck of the Year” (2021), and in 2025, we were finalists at the Belgian Vegan Awards – Best Festival Food.
